Steve Ross, Psy.D.
Clinical Director of Training
Dr. Ross has his doctorate degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology (1999). He currently serves as a psychologist at the CSU Counseling Center. He is a licensed psychologist in the state of Colorado. His theoretical approach is psychodynamic. His professional interests include eating disorders, sports psychology, diversity issues, and issues related to aging.
Lynne McClelland, M.A.
Executive Director/Psychotherapist
Lynne has her masters degree in clinical psychology from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (2007) and is a doctoral student at the University of the Rockies, Colorado School of Professional Psychology. She is the Vice Chair of the Eldercare Network of Larimer County. Her theoretical approach is Interpersonal/Family Systems. Her professional interests include neuropsychological assessment, cognitive functioning across the lifespan, issues related to aging, and traumatic brain injury.
Laura Lancaster, M.A.
Psychotherapist / Assistant Director
Laura has her masters degree in Community Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado (2005). Her theoretical approach includes Adlerian theory, solution-focused therapy, and integration of past victimization and spiritual crisis into ego development. Other than her passionate commitment to working with elders, her outside interests include meditation, personal myth and archetypes, her Beagle-type dog and being outdoors.
