Sliding Scale Fee

Why should I consider a sliding scale fee?
Generally, the Original Medicare Plan B covers 50% of the cost of outpatient mental health services after the yearly deductible is met*. Often your 50% portion is more than you might have to pay using a sliding scale fee to cover your expenses. Therefore, The Aging Center of the Rockies uses the following sliding scale to determine fees based on household income and the number of persons supported by that income.
